Products

Will sold out pins be restocked?

Most pins are restocked within 1-2 months. To get updates on restocks, you can subscribe to the newsletter or follow Instagram updates.

Will you make bigger prints?

Some of my prints are available on Inprnt in a bigger size.

Will you make pins & prints inspired by other Zelda franchises?

Probably, yes! I'm always happy to hear pins ideas and suggestions, so feel free to contact me with your pins wishlist!

I ordered a glow-in-the-dark item but it doesn't glow. Why?

Please expose your glow-in-the-dark pin to daylight for a day before it effectively glow in the dark.

What does "B Grade" pin mean?

B Grade pins are pins sold at a dsicounted price because they have small flaws, such as small scratches, color drops, stains, piece of dirt trapped in the enamel... but they deserve a home too!

In general, these small defects are not very noticeable and the pin still looks fine!

Payments

Can I purchase items in your shop if my payment currency isn't Euro?

Yes you can! Your preferred payment method (either PayPal or debit/credit card) will automatically make the conversion once the payment is processed, using their own exchange rate. You can have an estimate in other currencies on the top right corner of the page.

Can I change currency?

Payment and prices are always in EUR but you can get currency conversion estimates in USD, CAD and GBP by clicking the top right currency menu.

Delivery

Where is my order?

If you have not selected the tracking option, I cannot tell you where your order is. Otherwise, please check your order status page to track your package.

If you haven't received your order two weeks after the delivery estimates, please contact me.

Do you deliver to my country?

I deliver to most countries, except the UK. If you live in the UK, please order from my Etsy shop instead.

Why can't you ship to my country?

I can't ship to every country because of either:

- tax policies of this specific country

- my carrier does not deliver to this country

What tablet / programs do you use?

I mostly use an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil and Procreate. I also edit on Photshop and more rarely use Illustrator for designs and illustrations.

Are you taking commissions?

Yes! I don't have any precise commission policy nor pricing yet but feel free to contact me so we can discuss it.
Please note that I can refuse any commission if it does not fit my schedule, style, etc.
